Ava is a wonder. Kristy has already given her a new moniker: mommy's little whopper. She is amazingly content. She fusses very little and is quite a snuggler. Mom and Dad are completely enraptured with her. She has Kristy's lips and Chris' hairline and hands and feet. Baby Ava will study your face very closely as you cuddle her. She is making her preferences known: she loves to be swaddled tightly, she likes to be held vertically close to your chest, and she loves to eat! They will probably be released home Monday or Tuesday. If you have their cell phone #s, they are taking calls. When they sleep, they shut the ringer off. So go ahead and text or phone your congrats. She is a doll!!!! I can't wait to meet her. It's just too bad she'll be so much older by then. Congrats again!!!
Jan, I'm glad you're there with Kristy and Chris during this momentous family occasion! :) Hope you're doing well! I love the comment about her hairline being like Chris's. I laughed out loud!
