I'm a bit embarrassed that I haven't blogged before and really don't know what I'm doing. So, if this doesn't make sense, please forgive. With that mea culpa out of the way, let me tell you why I started this blog.
I have always been that friend/family member/co-worker who takes thousands of pictures at events. Unfortunately, I am also that person who forwards tons of pictures to everyone I can think of because I'm sure they're interested in seeing every picture I've ever taken. :) Anyway, I realize that many, if not most people, hate it when they get bombarded by useless emails and pictures. I know I am soooo guilty of this; I mean how many times did my co-workers have to feign interest in seeing all 125 pictures of my nieces and nephews? Now with my own kid on the way, I decided to start a blog so that if people want to know what I'm (we're) up to, they can check out my blog. This does not mean I won't send out the occasional email loaded with picture attachments; hopefully, it does mean that I won't annoy you with too many pictures.
Anyway, I am totally new to this so please have patience because I'm sure I'll be very bad at it for awhile.

- I am a recently "retired" executive recruiter who is now the proud mother of very busy toddler. Currently, I am enjoying the adventures of motherhood while my husband is finishing up his family medicine residency. At the moment, we are enjoying living in Montana but who knows where we will end up next.

Welcome aboard the blogging train! I love the pictures and updates that are forwarded, but the blog is fun because you get to hear all the thoughts and events that might not be deemed worthy for an email. It is more of a running record on life.
PS There is no right or wrong, so whatever you put in here is great!
